Performance-Based Marketing — Social Media & Outreach

I'm looking for skilled social media marketers to take the lead on outreach and advertising for individual apps. This is a performance-based role — you own the marketing for a specific app and get paid based on results.

How it works:

• •Small base income plus performance bonuses tied to sales results
• •Bonuses are based on a hard number agreed upon upfront equating to roughly 50% of my projected sales profits during the contract
• •If you hit agreed-upon goals, you'll be offered the chance to renew and continue leading that app — as many times as you want, for as long as you're hitting targets

What I'm looking for:

• •Dedicated, high-performing collaborators who want to succeed together
• •People who can take full ownership of marketing and outreach for an app
• •Self-starters who don't need to be managed — this is results-driven work

Marketing and social media is my least favorite part of this process. I want to find people who are genuinely good at it and let them run with it.
